Burger King - North Dinwiddie

Google states that they're open until midnight, but when we arrived at 9:55, they told us they were closed. So, off to McDonald's we went.

The food was decent, but the staff and manager were quite unprofessional. My kids even overheard someone exclaiming, "If you don't start clearing your tickets, I'm going to staple them to your forehead!" It felt like everyone was shouting at each other. We were left wondering where our fries were and why a uniform was necessary. To make matters worse, one of the employees catcalled me while I was with my kids and mother-in-law, and even did it again in the parking lot as we were getting into our car. It was really uncomfortable. I'm twice their age and looked like I had just come off a road trip. Honestly, I would recommend using the drive-thru instead.

During dinner time, the restaurant was severely understaffed. It took about 25 to 30 minutes just to place our order at the drive-thru. It's a pity that it's located right off the freeway but the service was lacking. The food was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I arrived at 8:30pm to dine in, and tried to open the door. It was locked. A young man leaned over the counter and says Drive thru. I asked Why? and shrugged my shoulders. Again, he just says Drive thru, and points over his head towards the drivethru like I don 't know where it 's at. Again, I asked Why though? and instead of addressing me as to why I couldn 't dine in, hejust moved away out of my view. After coming on here to report this, and seeing the multitude of bad reviews, it turns out thatI don 't even want to use the drive-thru either. Oh, and a family of 5 just pulled up to go inside, but of course I explainedthat this BK is not the place they wanna go to for service or food. What a disgrace to the Burger King name.

Customers were waiting 30 minutes or more for their food, and it was very dirty.
