Steak 'n Shake - North Druid Hills

I placed a DoorDash order and it took over an hour to prepare a burger, small fries, and a shake. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, my shake had melted, and it was without whipped cream or any of the toppings that were supposed to be included. I attempted to call and voice my complaint, but the call was answered and then immediately disconnected, leaving me unable to leave a voicemail. This experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I can't give it a 5 star bc my daughter found couple of hairs in th bottom of her milkshake but the food looked and tasted good tho sh got emenims put in her shake so it could have been from them

I have tried Steak 'n Shake before and wasn't particularly impressed, but I decided to give it another chance. Overall, it was a pretty solid experience! While the drive-thru wasn't as fast as typical fast food, the wait was worth it. Even though they’re not my top choice, I received a generous serving of fries, which was a nice surprise. The standout for me was definitely the double steak burger. The crispy edges of the smash burger were fantastic! Next time, I’d probably add more toppings, like lettuce and tomato, along with pickles and onions. All in all, it was a really good burger!

Everything was great. I hate that they changed the menu and took away table service and also the burgers were more steak house style burgers. Now it's just good smash burgers. I miss the shakes with real fruit, not syrup. Good but just not the same.

The fool in a customer service was great, is a good place to bring your family and it’s kids friendly. It was also sanitized and people that was working. There were very helpful and very nice turn on the chair will come back again in another server anything else?
