Cold Stone Creamery - North Fort Myers

I absolutely love Cold Stone, and I'm so excited to finally have one close to home. This location is outstanding! The staff is consistently quick, which makes it effortless for me to get my favorite order of cake batter ice cream with Reese's cups, Butterfinger, and graham cracker crust every time. It's always a smooth experience!

The ice cream at this shop is fantastic; however, the customer service falls short of the typical Cold Stone experience. The staff appeared unenthusiastic and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. When I asked, "How's business?" they merely looked down and mumbled, "Good," creating an awkward atmosphere in what should be a welcoming neighborhood ice cream parlor. There were no songs or cheerful interactions, which are usually some of the highlights at Cold Stone!

The restaurant presents an excellent range of flavors and combinations. The service is outstanding, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

The staff here often appear unfriendly and seem to be unhappy. I believe that providing employees with a living wage would greatly enhance their attitude and overall work environment.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they suggested a delicious smoothie that I really enjoyed.
