L'amore Italian - North Fort Myers

I was in shock to see the change. The place is all cleaned up! The food is like a 5 star restaurant, with dishes I have never herd of. I had the sea bass and my wife had a dish called rotullo di spinacci. I’m happy to see that the owner roams the floor for service issues. We shall return. A+

We came here for my birthday and the evening was exceptional. We were greeted by the hostess who gave us a great table. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, every entree was cooked to perfection. We were only sorry we didn't have room for dessert. The portions were huge. We will definitely be back here.

L'amore is wonderful. The food is always excellent. We have been there numerous times and always enjoy it. The servers are well trained and very personable. The owners make you feel very special. We have taken groups of friends there and everyone has been very satisfied in all aspects. Frank needs to try it again. It is a cozy dining room where you are not rushed and you can have a wonderful meal with friends.

The server was informative and very friendly, I had three separate dinners out of my entree, and the owners took a genuine interest in how we were treated. I don't know what the editor was talking about. The marinara sauce is the first one I actually liked at a restaurant, fresh tomatoes, not watery at all. And I was there before. They have redone the menus not the dirty wine stained ones they used to have and a togo menu that you can actually read that hasn't been copied 1000 times. I actually am going back next week for my birthday, if that tells you anything. Maybe the editor should not walk in with a negative attitude because something changed. I was told that change isn't always easy to accept, haven't you. I apologize, I was just very surprised by his review.

Frank needs to revisit the restaurant as the staff personality has greatly changed. All the sauces are made from scratch and the portions are very generous. The service is greatly improved and the trip as well as the wait are well worth it. This is truly a great dining experience.
