Got all the way home and was very disappointed to see that I paid $6 for a venti that was less than halfway full and I got three other coffees that were all the way full. Waste of money and very disappointed!!!!!!
Cara has been nothing short of incredible with my orders. I often have complicated requests, like asking for things that are a bit abstract, such as "iced, lots of caffeine; sweet?" and she has consistently worked wonders not only with the basic drinks but also with the add-ons to make everything just right. I specifically go out of my way to visit this store because of how perfectly all my drinks are made.
Like so many businesses, it is evident that there are staffing issues. I waited longer than usual for a plain iced coffee. I understand and wasn't really bothered by that...The madelines that I purchased were stale. Staff shortage or not, you can't sell stale products. No excuse for selling stale packaged baked goods
My 1st visit in this location. Ordered 2 identical drinks via app and picked up at the window. Pickup was smooth and less than 5 mns waiting(6:10pm . The barista confirmed with me if I ordered 2 drinks for right. She was so sweet (why didn't I ask her name? and friendly, didn't mind walking to get popcorn bags for me when I asked if they were sold out (the app said so . I'll be back for sure! Btw, the drive way is somewhat puzzling as other customers mentioned. Careful driving here????
I've been a regular at this Starbucks for years, but I can no longer support this location. First of all, I waited nearly an hour just for one drink. When I finally reached the window, the staff didn’t even acknowledge the long wait or offer an apology. To top it off, they informed me that they were out of vanilla cold foam because they "didn't have any foam." Having worked at Starbucks for two years, I know that foam isn't an ingredient; it's something that can be made on the spot. It seemed like they simply didn’t want to make it. The level of service I experienced was not what I've come to expect from Starbucks over the years. Their conduct was unacceptable. I won’t be returning here.
