Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been ordering for months in this Chipotle because it's closest to my work. And it's been like they're trying to save on food. In other Chipotles I ate one bowl is heavier then 3 in this one. I order everything extra and paid for dubble meat. And this is what I got........

Ordered a burrito bowl and as you can see it looks like I got half a serving. I have never been able to finish it in one serving much less still be hungry afterwards. It was light on everything but the cost somehow went up. Will stick to Habaneros Taco grill.

Phone in order for a steak bowl. The incompetent employees apparently don?t know the difference between steak and tofu. It got thrown in the garbage where tofu belongs! And I?m looking for food again.

I?ve been here three separate times, and this time will be the last time. The girl who was making my bowl was not listening to me, and put the same items on both bowls when I was ordering for two people. She never asked his whole foods are going to be different, and my son was being a little unruly I?ll admit, and he asked for a small bowl of cheese which I asked her for and he rolled her eyes at me. Having rude workers who don?t understand what being a parent like is somethings at the store I need to work on.

Customer service is non existent here idk who the manager is but a women seemed to be giving orders to everyone and the atmosphere between all the workers seemed toxic it felt very somber in there like they were all scared of her. I asked for salsa on the side and they said they had to charge me 3 dollars for salsa? I have never had to pay for a side of salsa and I just had chipotle at another establishment 2 weeks ago and ordered the same thing! I got chips and they tasted like they were from the day before super stale and old. You have to use a code for the bathroom Smh. Go to another chipotle this one is terrible.
