Bad customer service. Employees are not nice. 45 minute waits every time we go.

Very friendly, however twice I have asked for sauce and have forgotten to put it in the bag

Worst service. They messed up my order twice, fixed it, and refunded it but not onto my card in cash, and then spilled my drink all down the front of me and my car. When I left I realized they didnt put any sauce I asked for. I go here for lunch sometimes when at work and they usually have terrible service but this visit was my last.

I enjoy their menu. The prices are quite a bit higher than other fast food places so it irritates me that they also charge $2.29 for a large coke, when I can grab one at McDonalds for $1.00.I know their prices are what I consider whenever I go there, especially with just about every other fast food chain is in the same block.
