It's very rare for me to actually find something spicy as my spice tolerance level is high. But if you are like me and ask for chilli sauce or powder everywhere you go, then try their dumplings in chilli oil- it's fantastic!! I tried the Vege dumplings and they were wonderful. The size of these dumplings is astonishing- combine about 4 of the normal sized dumplings to make one of these! Really good value for money! Eager to go back and try other dishes!

Foods were average. The lady in the counter doesn't smile much though.

A small cosy place in Takapuna. Came here after seeing lots of recommendations and was not disappointed. We ordered dan dan noodles and dumplings in spicy sauce. The noodles were delicious and had a nice peanutty flavour. Portion size was huge and definitely worth the price. The dumplings were also quite large and very cheap for the serving size. Taste however was average. Service was okay. Overall, this is a nice place to visit if you’re looking for delicious, cheap noodles!

Have been dreaming about these dumplings ever since our first visit. Dumplings are thick and delicious, almost like a cross between dumplings and a steam bun. We had fried dumplings, dumplings with spicy sauce and spicy sour noodle soup. Dunked the fried dumplings into the noodle soup which was delicious. We said medium spicy but it was way way too much chilli for us to handle so will say mild next time. Enjoyed takeaway at home as the place is small and very busy (I can see why! Don’t bother with dominion road, come here instead, highly recommended.
