Terrible customer serviceI had my mother next door at the surgery center. I called to order lunch Sarah answered. She was very short rude on the phone. I called back 40 min later to check on my order. Sarah again answered rudely told me “food was delivered at 11:45”! However, she never mentioned that when I ordered at 11am. I also asked for ketchup and her abrupt answer was that “she’d try”! I hope future customers and patients are treated better than I was, especially after having a loved one in the hospital next door!

Burnt and overcooked chicken. Another piece of chicken wasunchewable. Pineapple chicken wrap. Could not find the pineapple.

We went for their Thanksgiving buffet. decent selections up there. the quality, however, was not worth the price. they ran out of prime rib and I was told more would be coming out in a few minutes after waiting 15 minutes, I asked again and was told 5 minutes. someone brought me a plate of mystery beef. I think it was brisket. definitely not prime rib. I tried it, and couldn 't do it. when I questioned them about the cut I was told it was a rib eye steak. nope. I 'm pretty good at knowing my cuts. huge difference between ribeye (prime rib) and brisket. texture, tenderness, etc. this place is definitely a never go to again.

Amazing dining experience! We decide to try on a whim, and it did NOT disappoint! Food was great, combo app platter is holy wow, feed an army! Food came out piping hot and very tasty.
