China Chef - North St. Paul

This is a sleeper spot for pho! One of the better tasting broths in the twin cities. I'll come here for the pho and spicy squid! And I'll remain loyal to this restaurant as long as these two items never change. It has remained consistent over the years. The staff here work hard and make sure that you are well taken care of.

Service is wonderful but the chicken wings are expensive.

Pho was pretty decent Have not tried anything else, but definitely would come back.

Food was good! We loved the lemon chicken. One of my items for a takeout order was missed (though I had paid for it), and since I had driven quite a distance the restaurant worked with me to get a refund. They were so kind and went above and beyond to make things right.

Always a good experience. Their pho is amazing! When I crave pho, I come here.
