Bee Hive - North Warwickshire

We had been occasional customers at this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food. However, when we visited the week before Christmas, we were extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the response to our complaint. My husband found two butter pats under his steak, and my combo meal was missing the scampi and mushrooms. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she seemed unsure how to handle the situation and simply said she would inform the chef. We received no apology or any other response.

Do not come here if you are looking for good customer service, a friendly greeting, or if you do not want to be ignored or met with sarcasm. My spouse and I, both in our early 70s, were extremely disappointed by the lack of care and attention from the restaurant staff. We were not even asked what we wanted to drink or given a menu. When we informed the senior waitress that we were leaving, she showed no concern. We ultimately went to the White Horse nearby, where we were warmly welcomed with a smile and had a fantastic meal.

The staff at this restaurant were rude. I attended a Halloween disco for children and the owner complained about the kids running around, even though they were the ones who hosted the disco for the children!

Just got back from lunch at The Beehive for a friends Birthday lunch.There was 15 we pre ordered from the menu a couple of days before the date. A good selection at reasonable prices. We all arrived just before 1 pm and was asked if we were ready for food. The food is well presented, good quality and quantity and all dishes are hot. We had one long table with plenty of space not cramped. Service was prompt and by pleasant staff. A good afternoon was had by all.

Fantastic visit to the Beehive. A traditional country pub serving brilliant freshly cooked food at very reasonable prices. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Excellent choice of drinks all at very reasonable prices. We would highly recommend the Beehive
