Reminds me of some of the upmarket Tea Houses on HK Island, very clean and well presented. The food was good as was the service and it is the same price as other larger nearby venues. More staff speak English so if this is a safer starting point for Dim Sum novices.I will go back to try their evening a la carte menu.
16 June 2017 was the day we were going back to Singapore and we decided to just randomly choose a place for lunch. Boy did we choose one of the best restaurants during our 7 day trip. place was really conducive, rest was old-style cantonese dimsum setting with trolleys of tim sum and staff bringing and presenting various dishes for selection.Food to note.. Very nice: chicken Porridge. slightly pricey @ $14 but big bowl and the best part was the taste was just nice, not too bland nor salty. Char Siew Bao.. puts some singaporean restaurants such as tim ho wan to shame. nice hot char siew fillings.Carrot Cake: Big cube slices , special and tasty.not so nice: The Har Kao was a disappointment as the skin was dry and thick. YING, please work on this, otherwise it's 5 starts !Finally price was decent @ $135 for 7 pax.
It was alright. Maybe we went when it was firstly opened so very quiet. The food was alright, personally thought it was a bit average.
Found this lovely, very authentic place on a night out. The food was delivered quickly and by the most friendly staff and was delicious. Very lovely decor and central to the Northbridge side of the city. Unfortunately we missed the Yum Cha menu.
