Contribuisci feedbackThis is just crazy!! I’ve never had a problem with this location. Ive lived here in Northglenn for 11yrs and when this location opened up I was excited for that. But just right now I called the store and got hung up on twice!!! And the third time the same guy answered the phone and wanted to yell at me but he realized he’s at work. I told him why did you hang up on me twice when I’m trying to place an order for delivery he then ignored what i asked him and I proceeded to place my order cause me and my wife are hungry. I than gave him my address not once but three times and I even spelled it out for him!! And in the middle of me writing this the manager calls me and wants me to repeat my address cause the guy who I talked to wrote the wrong address after I even spelled it out for him!! I then took the opportunity to make a complaint to her and told her what he did to me over the phone and she just ignored me as well only cared to deliver my food cause she probably didn’t want to give me a refund..I won’t be ordering from here no more this one very messed up disrespectful experience I just had Jimmy John’s just lost a loyal customer.
They use some kind of sauce on the sandwiches that I just don't like. It's an acquired taste!
Got a wrap from drive thru this week. After 2 bites, found a hair. Opened it up and found another. Opened the other half and found a THIRD. Didn't have time to go back and complain but I did a comment online and asked to be contacted but got no response. So I guess that tells you how concerned they are about their employees either deliberately doing this or at least a serious policy/procedure issue.

I ordered a delivery through the app. One hour later I called to see how much longer it would be before delivery. The order had not been made and she wasn't sure how long it would be until delivery would arrive. I asked if it would be within 30 more minute. The person told me she couldn't say, they only have one delivery driver. I asked to cancel my order. There was no apology or any offer to make it right. She replied ok and hung up the phone. I now hope that my credit card is credited properly. Will never order from this location again. This is the second time I've had to cancel my delivery order due to extremely long delivery times.
