Mi Ranchito Neveria - Northglenn

I walked in and the woman at the counter seemed friendly at first. However, it took 30 minutes for two employees to complete the order ahead of mine. Surprisingly, they ended up being the first to complete my order. When I asked how much longer it would take, I thought both of them were working on it since there were only two customers. Instead, one of the staff members explained that they were preparing something different for my order and started giving me a hard time. This was really disappointing customer service!

The woman was very kind. I ordered strawberries and bananas with cream, but it wasn't good because the cream was thick. I've never tried cream like that before; usually, it's liquid.

First and last time here. I placed my order and paid right away. The lady turns back around to tell me she forgot she didn’t have the ingredients to make it. She suggested something different but wanted to charge me the difference, I was trying to take something else since my card had already been charged. I decided then I would just go somewhere else and asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t give me a card refund. Corn en vaso had no flavor. Next time they should have just given me the item without charging the difference since it was their mistake.

I love eating their papa locas! They’re absolutely delicious and all the employees are so kind. I’ve never had a bad experience.

The service is ok, there werent many people in there and it took a long time to get our order. This place is also a bit expensive, and the food is ok.
