At The Otterburn Tower - Northumberland

During our stay at the hotel, we dined at the restaurant in the evening. It appears that the restaurant is currently only open to hotel guests, which may have caused confusion for some on TripAdvisor. The dining room was beautifully decorated and elegant. The menu offered a great selection of dishes. I enjoyed the steak and chips, which were delicious. The staff took good care of us and the wine selection was impressive. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.

The bar offers a great variety of beers and wines, along with a small but satisfying dinner menu. The presentation of the dishes was excellent. I started with the delicious creamy garlic mushrooms, followed by perfectly cooked steaks.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here right before Christmas while we were in town for a wedding. The hospitality was excellent, and we loved unwinding by the fireplace with a glass of wine in the cozy lounge. The festive touch of a large Christmas tree near the entrance added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Ellie went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I frequented this lovely freindly place on Friday 20th September 2019, just an hour away from our home for a night away in beautiful rural Northumberland. Our meals were very nice and appetising, our drinks went down well : and I have to say that the bed was firm but so comfortable, we both had a really good nights sleep ; Breakfast was delightful, with an array of cereals, fruit, and juices with a good cooked breakfast to boot. We shall be definately returning
