Royal Garden - Northumberland

Above average Chinese restaurant in the main street. Nothing special but more importantly absolutely nothing wrong. Efficient staff and good value.

We arrived and got given a table in the corner behind a fake bush that restricted our view of the whole restaurant. Ordered drinks they came fast then we ordered our food, we waited 45 for our mains from the time we ordered. The rice and mix veg was ok but the chow mein tasted burnt and had no flavour. At the end we told the waitress and they didn’t even apologise. Overall not a great experience.

The food was OK . quality and quantity fine. very good menu choice . But its the service that lets them down. prices fine. Could be a very good restaurant. with better staff service. please try harder next time .

Great Chinese, good service no complaints at all. Well priced recommend and will return next time we are in Berwick-upon-Tweed

Poor services waited 1hour 10 mins for main meal! After chasing it up with waiter who then ignored us. Eventually found out that our order had been lost !!!
