I tried the bark and the chicken and both had hardly tasted, very little spicy. the chicken just tasted like unseasoned chicken with lemon that splashed on it. just the reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of one, the staff was super nice at the time and let me another burrito after I found out that I am one of those who tastes soap while it eats zilantro and could not eat most of it. So food I give 1/5, but service 5/5.
I wanted to share a picture of the amazing burrito, but I ate it too fast. I love this place! the customer service is excellent and fast. I said it was my first visit and the staff took the time to explain to me while I could make sure that I didn't feel rushed. everything was clean and really fresh. when they ask if it is fresh or not how a gast did while I was there, they offer to make something fresh before them. I was greeted right away. free chips with each order and they are fresh. good sweet tee. they get a hearty part for the price, and they can adapt everything they want. they also have vegan and vegetarian options! tofu! I've eaten almost twice a day because I loved it so much. the guacamole is so good that you could eat it with a spoon. I lived in this 3 years ago, before I tried this place. I missed it. If you haven't tried, you have to go! I read the reviews that claimed you were slandered. they have a great option for sauces and add to taste. I understand that they need to categorize all so if they don't want their eating too fat or spicy they get this option by not adding their tasteful sauces to their tailored eating. I know that many restaurants will go to the salt and something light so that the people who can't handle that extra flavor can still eat there. if it tastes you, tell the workers to divorce. they will suggest sauces. they can say that they make the fire-roasted salsa through the amount of fresh garlic and tomato in it.
I took out the app. I was informed that they did not make some of the ingredients I ordered when I came to the restaurant. apparently they had nothing I ordered. I took the picture of what I came home when I was. the other Barberitos sites have never given this high quality product.
I am a coowner of Barberitos and we strive to have the best restaurant possible. We have had great inspections from both the health department and our franchisor. We encourage our customers to bring any issues to our attention so that we may remedy them.
Snot issue: one female employee constantly has to snort snot back into her nose while fixing your food. Like every second she’s having to do this. She’s not wearing a mask so you can see the snot drip down out of her nose and then she snorts it back up.This used to be one of go to’s when it first opened. The quality has dropped tremendously. Food is cold, steak is old, rice is over cooked.Employees leave the back door open letting smoke in.Until the owners regain quality I will not return. Definitely not getting what you pay for anymore.
