Chick-fil-a - Norwalk

I’m no longer a Chick-fil-A virgin, and it was definitely worth the wait! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with several warm welcomes. The restaurant was immaculate and clearly well-staffed. My cashier, David, was both courteous and professional, and my condiments were handed over to me quickly. My order was ready in under a minute and was served piping hot. After my first bite, I knew I would be returning soon. Date of visit: July 2, 2021.

I used the drive-thru and found it to be well-organized. There were two separate lines with two people taking orders, which then merged into one lane for payment and order pickup. The staff was friendly, and the food quality was excellent.

I visited Chick-fil-A for the first time and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic, and you definitely shouldn't skip the Polynesian sauce—it's so delicious!

The next day, representatives from the company, city officials, and politicians from Norwalk City Hall came to celebrate the opening. Lines of eager customers were streaming into the store, and the drive-thru was bustling all day long. We ordered chicken sandwiches, fries, and fried chicken for dinner, and as I expected, the chicken sandwiches were fantastic—juicy and tender. I loved the fries, too. As a special treat for the opening, we even received a complimentary breakfast for our next visit. We will definitely be coming back for more in the future. The service was outstanding and incredibly friendly!

I had a great experience, but there was a mix-up with my order. I specifically requested no pickles, yet there they were! It reminded me of that episode of Rick and Morty where Rick turned into a pickle. It felt just like that!
