Kfc - Norwalk

The bowls they serve are excellent, but I encountered some issues with my order. The drive-thru attendant who took my request for two bowls and a popcorn chicken meal didn’t get it right. Additionally, the young worker at the window, who wasn’t the one who took my order, was rather disrespectful. It seems that younger individuals can sometimes lack courtesy nowadays.

KFC allows you to pay for your orders with a California EBT card, which I'm very grateful for.

10/7/18 5 stars We got there early, before the restaurant opened, and had to wait since they weren't ready. However, the owner was very gracious and offered us complimentary fountain drinks to apologize for the delay. So far, the service has been excellent, and I hope it continues. We will definitely keep returning to this location. We've visited before and have consistently had a great experience.

I wasn’t a fan for a long time because the food was too greasy, and I could only manage to eat one piece. For years, I avoided going there. However, something has changed, and now I really enjoy KFC again!
