Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Norwalk

I've always been a fan of shakers. My order is pretty specific, well done, easy cheese etc. I wish I had her name but the girl that took my order had a great attitude I said I would wait on my car. Surprise they brought it out to me. Now thats service I'll be back. Pizza was perfect

The location is fantastic, and Amy, Gabby, and the rest of the team provided excellent service. Johnny, one of the staff members, found my son's AirPod Pros and returned them. The food was great, and the establishment was very clean.

Great customer service from the team here. Salad bar was nice and filled and buffet had fresh food out constantly. I love to see managers working along side their team to serve their guest. Thank you guys for lunch ! It was yummy …..

The cleanest Shakeys I've ever been in, great food with tons of choices, salad bar, game room for the kids, nice, clean restrooms, centrally located and easy to get to. Will definitely return. Great Value for the money

I'm not usually one to post on social media, but I was truly impressed by this Shakey's restaurant. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and well-trained in customer service. I had waiters consistently coming to my table to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. When one of them checked on me, I replied, "I'm doing fine, thank you for asking—it's not something you see often in restaurants these days." They even took away my empty plates to reduce clutter without me needing to ask. The service was outstanding! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
