Papa John's Pizza - Norwich

Disgusting location. Took payment 3 times for a pizza I didn 't even get. Clearly website technical issues. I called up to get help. He couldn 't even understand anything I was saying. I explained multiple times I 've been charged 3 times and the pizza hasn 't even gone through. He kept saying £3 for a pizza? So I asked if I could please speak to someone else. I got a manager who got very annoyed with me, shouted what do you want me to do about it ? Disgraceful. He acted like he was the aggrieved in this situation. I called a few days after and got Darren who is always polite and can understand me. He said he can 't help and to get a refund from my bank. I called my bank and they said they can 't do anything until 15 works days have passed. I don 't believe that Papa John 's couldn 't have helped me get a refund. If I was rude and impolite I could understand the reluctance to help me but I was understanding and polite. I 'm now annoyed as I 've been charged near £60 for a pizza I didn 't receive and have to wait weeks to even get my money back. Most can 't go without that amount of money in the current climate. And I find it awful they just don 't care about their customers or circumstances. I 've been a customer for years, I don 't feel valued and won 't order again.

Didn’t deliver to correct entrance, overall enjoyment of food poor

Order often. Delivery guys always friendly and the staff inside very polite and helpful. Even gave us free garlic stuffed crust to try.

I just purchased a Large pizza from here for £9.99. The gentleman who served me was extremely polite and even delivered the pizza to my office a few doors down the street! We need more people and pizzas like this in the world! (The pizza was amazing)

The food always arrives hot and is always delicious as well. Staff are friendly and the delivery time is amazing! Always seems to come about 10-15 mins after ordering. I definitely recommend this place!
