Contribuisci feedbackI highly recommend this restaurant with a 5-star review. Despite being very busy, the staff were able to cater to each individual guest. I went with my partner and mother-in-law and we all had a wonderful time. Although we initially only planned to grab lunch, our visit ended up lasting 3 hours. The food was delicious and fresh, the drinks were made with care, and they now have an improved selection of teas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, deserving special mention. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning and wish you all the best during the Christmas rush. We absolutely love this place!
The restaurant is overpriced, but I am happy to pay if the service is good. Unfortunately, the staff at the checkouts were incredibly rude. One staff member in particular was very ignorant and shouted at me for not standing in a certain spot, even though there was no one else waiting. This behavior may be a result of the pandemic, but it is unacceptable. There are plenty of other garden centers selling similar items, so there is no need to be rude to customers. I had a terrible experience and will not be returning. I recommend that the management provide customer care training for their staff.
The restaurant is nearly perfect, however, it suffers from major inefficiency. This is likely due to the layout or the ordering system. It's confusing and unclear where to start or finish. The design is flawed. Additionally, it seems like the kitchen struggles to keep up with the number of customers. Simplifying the menu might help speed up service.
Waited in queue 20 minutes for a coffee. They really need more pay stations. Have shut one down. Staff doing their best in tough circumstances
Good service even when very busy. Ben was friendly and helpful. It can be difficult to find a table.
