I walked into the new Nonnos and was impressed by how fresh and clean the restaurant looks. The staff was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for its great food and friendly service!

This used to be my favorite place to visit after work. I arrived in my uniform and, despite waiting five minutes with no one at the counter, I was accused of stealing. I decided to leave after that experience. I won't be supporting this business under its new management. You've lost a loyal customer who has been coming here since 2010.

This will definitely be my last visit! Can you believe it? $21 for a meatball parm! I’ve never seen a deli charge this much for a sub in my entire life. It was just a regular sub—nothing special about the taste at all. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve experienced lately! I will never come back to this place again.

The new management is a mess, I ordered tuna wrap w cheese and mayo, they didn?t put them but they charged , also nobody mentioned me I have a big fee for delivery so the prices was a surprise! That is not more CUGGINI, the new personal are sounprofessional and so rude. I call them but they didn?t give me a solution or some apology! UNPROFESSIONAL

Worked and lived near Cuginnis for a very long time and have been a continuous customer the whole time. Nothing but great things to say about the former owners. Great quality sandwiches that were awesome portions everytime. Cuginis was the go to spot forlunch. Sadly they have sold the place to the rudest/ unaccountable for their actions/ know it all group of people I 've everwitnessed in the food business. After placing a 96$ order, and receiving 3 of our orders wrong/ skimpy/ hard 1 sandwich with ahair in it, we were told that we were liars, and that we did not infact have hair in our food followed by being screamed at andhung up multiple times while trying to call to resolve the issue. So I got in my car and drove to the place with the now,unwanted food to resolve the issue hopefully. Arrived to the place to be greated by 2 very rude women. 1 older lady and I assumeher spoiled/know it all daughter that doesn 't know how to take any accountability what so ever. Both of which had long darkhair, the same as what was found in our food. The same people who claimed nobody here has dark hair)So who is theliar? After several minutes of just calmly trying to speak my peace with the 1 gentleman and having these 2 women screamingover me, I then raised my voice. The daughter then says she feels threatened and calls the cops on me. Avoid this place asmuch as u can. Quality and service has taken a huge nose dive since ownership has switched over. Honestly it 's sad, because thisall could have been avoided. They don 't know the first thing about customer service in this place. Bunch of know it alls.
