Everything is always just as it should be—delicious and fresh!

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly! In addition to the deli items, we get fresh cheese ravioli twice a month, along with fresh manicotti and stuffed shells. The bread is delicious, too!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I've always enjoyed the sandwiches and found the staff to be friendly. However, my last experience was quite unpleasant. The woman who assisted the customers before me was wearing gloves, but she touched money while wearing them and then proceeded to make the next person's sandwich without changing her gloves. It's concerning to think she could have been using the same pair of gloves all morning, handling both money and food, among other things. Honestly, I would have preferred if she hadn't worn gloves at all rather than using the same pair throughout the day. It really grossed me out.

The staff were very nice and approachable. However, I had to wait very long, but I didn't mind. Also, I didn't know I had to ask for cheese, lettuce, and tomato in my sandwich. ?

Legendary Italian deli.... Food is as authentic as Italy gets. Waite staff are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Every homemade dish is so satisfying... Best meatball sandwich ever.. ever!!
