Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oak Park

Was super impressed with how busy it was and yet everyone had a smile on their face and laughing and making the energy super positive! Plus order was 100% correct and received the food was hot and fast! Love this location : Also- the manager with the short hair, stellar! Give her a raise!!

Everything!! If sabotage was the game it's been played well, I ordered a 4 piece combo, got the meal ,pulled off ,reached in for the customary fry and no fries. So I pulled over removed the food from the bag and noticed the chicken sitting in oil and oil soaked!! I turn back around to go back and show the attendant and she promptly throws it in the garbage and goes and fixes the new box her self ,still no fries they were out so I opted for Mac and cheese instead. We'll I thanked her went home to eat my dinner only to bite in the worst food I have tasted... the oil the workers cooked the chicken in was burnt!!!, the mac gushy,and the red beans and rice was tasteless. This is not my first run in with this particular store,but I care not go into detail. I believe they can turn it around, but to do so ... you have to care. Food never comes out right if the person cooking it doesn't care. WOW POPEYES!!

Drive thru menu display doesn't work, waited 3 minutes in the drive thru where you order before being greeted, you can hear staff members arguing or complaining thru the speakers and the paying window.

I ordered 5 piece spicy tenders w/ a fry, a large strawberry lemonade a mashed potato w/ Mardi gras mustard blackened ranch. I got home got a box w/ 5 pieces of chicken 2 biscuits. The drive thru speaker box was not broken or choppy. I paid $18 for the wrong order.

My chicken was hard and cold, biscuit was hard, I wouldn't go back to that popeyes if someone paid me
