Caribou Coffee - Oakdale

Very unorganized. asked to use a free drink. we were accused for all our drinks. we ordered a medium drink and got a little instead, and then we asked if we wanted to change to the little ones because that was so, and we said no, because we're paying for a medium. then we had another medium drunk and it came out small again. then the type asked which size it should be, and we said medium, and here they put the order wrong and said it was small. the type was rude and told us we had to take the drink. terrible service.

Nice loading. prices a bit high, but beautiful place

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, but they don't ask customers if they have a perks account. If you give them your number to apply your points, they seem to take note of it but don't actually apply the points to your account.

Excellent Dirty Chai Tea Latte! Small, tricky parking lot be careful navigating.

In my last three visits to this restaurant, the food has been disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are either soggy or not fully heated. I ended up having to throw them away. I think I'll stick to Starbucks from now on.
