Has ordered a chicken-shawarma plate and the person who did it has handed it over to someone. 10 minutes after payment, while the chefs helped other people. The person who took the chicken chawarma came back and said it wasn't the right order, so did the cashier say to me?her, this is your food? I asked them if they could prepare a fresh record as it was in another possession for 10-15 minutes. They argued with and I said, "Doesn't she take it off?" and looked at me as if I was crazy because I didn't take it. Really shocked that a restaurant that has done to a customer.

Food is decent, but its attitude towards customers must be better.

They made orders here and they picked them up three times. every time, despite not so busy and wait at least 30 minutes to an hour our order is not ready yet and they were rude when we showed up. There are many other places around Oakland to get a good sandwich. And her Mediterranean food is terrible! Microwave and salt salads. Bland hummus.

Really good food. Friendly and clean. Come early for lunch if you want a place.

Came twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times I came away with the same thought: It just wasn't that good. Good service, and reasonably fast. No complaints there. The food is bland and poorly cooked and seasoned. The selection is great, just the type of stuff I want and an okay price. But I don't think I'll be coming back since there are plenty of better options in the area.
