Natasha, the new store manager is incredibly rude. she was screaming at a homeless man. a poor helpless homeless man. i have truly lost my faith in all humanity.
This is what privilege looks like: I walk in?I observe one guy cleaning the food counter, a female cleaning the grill and one girl appears to be the shift lead also wiping things. Note, I?m the only customer for what seems about 3 minutes as Ipatiently wait to be greeted. In walks a white lady, dressed in yoga gear and a riled up yoga mat walks right up to the counterand and the seems lead rushes to the register. White lady proceeds to order. Now it?s been about 7 minutes. Since I?vewalked in, secured my place in line at the glass where the food is and finally the guy acknowledged me and proceeded to takemy order. When the lead girl working the register all while eating chips says to me in a neck cutting motion ? is that all?? Yes I?m confirm. That?s it. I pay for my order and without hesitation and a total lack of eye contact she balls up my receiptand and I interrupt her chewing and preparing to discard my receipt I say ? I?ll take that please?. I?m not sure what kind ofday the staff had?..I may have come in at the tail end of a Wretched shift but even so I deserve better. Would this have gonedifferently had I shown up early day instead of 8 pm? Keep in mind they close at 10. I would love to hear from management onthis one. But I seriously doubt they care enough to even care.
Don?t have queso? don?t have chips?. Don?t have brown rice?. Just shut the store down and HAVE the food first then come back.
Three is for courtesy, patience, clean and staying under control under certain back/back incidents. Minus 2 do to availablity of walking parking,traffic from open to close. I will return.
