Kitava - Oakland

BYOB was delicious! Traveling from out of town and needed something relatively healthy delivered to hotel and ordered the grain bowl with herb chicken, sweet potatoes, plaintains, avo and egg with ginger ponzu. Wished the egg was soft boiled vs hard boiled but overall, everything was fresh and super tasty.

Soft serve is sooo yummy! Great texture and perfect amount of sweetness. Chicken Nuggets are a bit oily but still delicious. Fries were inedible--dry and some undercooked.

The bowl was absolutely delicious and just right! The cumin beans were fantastic as well. Thank you for providing real food for those with allergies!

The food was delicious, leaving me feeling energized rather than sluggish afterward. Both the herbed chicken and barbacoa beef were fantastic. The bowls focused more on vegetables, but there was plenty of protein to balance the dish. I’ll definitely be ordering again and trying different protein and dressing combinations. So tasty!

The food is delicious and obviously of high quality. However, considering the price, the portion sizes are quite small. The bowls should be filled to the brim, but ours were only half full.
