Contribuisci feedbackThe Chipotle Chicken sandwich was delicious, but the service was terrible. There was only one employee who lacked customer service skills. She yelled at me and gestured a lot while talking. There were no clear signs indicating what to do upon entering the restaurant. A table near the door confused me on whether to walk to the counter or not. The distance from the entrance to the register was about 60 feet, and there was a lack of clear communication. I will not be returning to this establishment. Sierra Deli Market outperforms this place in every way.
The veggie panini was excellent, I really enjoyed it.
They charge $13 for a sandwich with basic bread that you could get at Safeway, and they don't even bother to add any aioli or mayo. I've given them several chances, but I'm done. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Their door is always closed but yelp says they were open and only take call in order. I called to order breakfast and no one answered. I left a message on their general voice message and no one called me back. I'm not sure if they are still operating or what? I see a sign outside of their door that food pick up is on the side of 15th St.
I went inside ro pick up my doordash pickup order and the lady was very rude when I just asked to pickup my order. She said very rudely I am talking to a customer. I just gor here so its going to be over 10 min you can cancel or wait! That is the exact opposite of how I want to be greeted as a paying customer. The food may be good but the service is poor. Who wants to support a Bussiness that won 't treat their customers with the bare minimum of respect.
