Taco Bell - Oakland

Asked for some attention to my order because the self serve kiosk didn?t allow me to specify a substitution of shredded cheese in place of cheese sauce. Was fully ignored by the young male cashier while he helped four of his friends. When i brought it tohis attention AGAIN he just went and grabbed the order and handed it to me with a ?sorry?. He also didn?t even include the sauceI requested. Way to phone it in, kiddo.

They never get my order right. I ask for additional beef or cheese and they never give it even if I pay the extra cost. I ordered a Mexican pizza with extra bark meat and more acidic and I got 2 dry torn pieces tostada dishes. no acidic saw and definitiv not even an extra rind meat. it looks like they're throwing the food in a box.

It is a clean store...they are so short handed on help It taken good 7-9 minutes to get your food..and making it like they don't care..

The drive thru staff got my order wrong 3x in a row and never gave me a receipt. I'm never coming back to this Taco Bell no matter how convenient this fast food chain is.

Last thing I 'm trying do is leave a yelp review about a fast food joint, but this location is WHACK. Taco Bell, get some better employees or train your workers to do better because y 'all playing with peoples money now. I got the wrong order, and was denied a receipt after the woman at the window voided the one item. Her excuse was, it 's in the office. It was past 12am, and did not want to waste any more time to argue about $5 and a receipt. Had to take an L and just head home. Unfortunately I still didn 't get that little refund, so the most I can do is just complain here on yelp. Don 't waste your time on this location people, I 'm saving you some time and money. Also, I would like to add on that their Mexican pizza is straight BASURA. It was literally their taco open faced, without the lettuce. I know Taco Bell is trying to bring this back, but yikes... BIG let down. Anyways like I said, TACOBELL DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION.
