Dairy King - Oakley

Always delicious! Large small town familial atmosphere, and the staff will make you feel at home.

Big little town food. Small dining areas, but we did it. The Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers were great. It offers the usual shakes, malts, sundaes and sodas next to a variety of sandwiches. The small order of shoe riders was greater than many large orders elsewhere. They offer almost every sandwich in a basket with a small frit and a drink. If you want small town friendly food a service, get ahead. Each order will be made fresh and will be HOT.

Dairy King was cool. It brought back memories of childhood. You have an order board above the counter, not only that, but the decor and ambience brought me back pleasantly at a time when your burgers were served hot and your milkshakes were served thick and cold. It was very nostalgic and secret. The staff was great. They were friendly and very fast with their service. It was busy when I was over and they had finished my order in no time. Oh, yeah, her French fries were fantastic! Hot and fresh from the frit with exactly the right amount of salt, crispy outside, inside like steaming hot potatoes, man, I want to go back soon. This is not to mention that my chocolateshake was like the old school Wendys Frosty, but better. It was not as frozen as a frost, but it had the perfect consistency and more chocolate than I should be allowed. Overall, I would say whatever you are near Oakley, KS check out Dairy King, not Dairy Queen she has been dethroned by this leige for a long time and banished to franchise he for ever.

When in town, we always make sure to stop by Dairy King for a treat. I recommend the cherry dipped cone!
