Ihop - Oakley

I stopped for breakfast at about 8am. I was truly touched by the humanness in the manager that worked that morning. I didn't get your name but I saw you. I wish her every wonderful thing this world has to offer. We need more humans like you.

Crystal took our order and was cheerful and quick to suggest some options that were great. The travel center was well kept with many things to see

Came in at 11:20, Though they closed soon they agreed to seat us. We sat down, ordered our food and water and it was on our table soon. We ate and realized it was 22 minutes after they closed that we were done and we paid. Great service, great food, friendly workers. Just how a restaurant should be.

We were going through the area on a roadtrip to Arizona. We found this through our Google Maps, as there wasn't many other options to eat around while we were traveling through the area. We got there around 1145am, the truck stop was busy, but the IHOP area wasn't really. We waited a few minutes before anyone helped us, the girls were busy doing some stuff on the other side of the restaurant. She made us wait until she was finished before seating us. Food was out pretty quickly. Wasn't horrible. I had the chicken strips and waffles. Both were tasty and cooked correctly. My daughter had chocolate chip pancakes and devoured them. My other daughter had just a regular breakfast platter, with eggs and toast and bacon. It came to $54.33 for the three of us to eat, plus we tipped. So $60 bucks for three people. I'm thinking that's pretty common these days anymore, $20 bucks a person to eat out. If we were going through the area we would stop again. Only thing I was bummed about was losing out on my IHOP rewards points because they are only active for a week. I didn't get any of my receipts processed because we were on the road.

The waitress right now seriously let me and my date wait ten minutes At the door waiting to be seated looking at us and getting into the Eye contact 4 times while talking to other customers every time walking to the back instead up to the front or saying anything to acknowledge us we then wait another 8 minutes before walking out sorry This is a very very poor customer service especially for people that have been traveling all day and just wanted something to eat
