Mcdonald's - Oberlin

I always receive excellent service here. I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who took my order this morning at 6 o'clock, but she was fantastic. We need more people like her to help brighten everyone's day. If someone knows her name, I would love to tell her manager just how valuable she is to the team!

I would like to commend the professionalism of the staff working tonight, May 1st, at 10:30 AM. They remained calm and composed when an extremely rude female customer came through the drive-thru, interrupting my order to complain about parking and waiting for her food. Despite being very busy, the employees handled the situation remarkably well and demonstrated great dedication to their work. They truly deserve a raise for their patience and hard work, especially in dealing with such difficult customers.

Had a curbside pick up order around noon. When the girl came to the window she had a look of disgust or like she didn't wanna be there and after saying hi to her she ignored it completely and just walked away. Was a black girl with her hair up in a bun like style I believe. Maybe she should find another job because clearly she doesn't like hers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

The wait times here are completely unreasonable for no apparent reason. Every single time, you're asked to move forward and wait, even when there are no customers in front of or behind you.

I don’t know who the older lady working the drive-thru was tonight, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She forgot our sauces and one of the fries we had ordered. When we asked for fresh fries, she dug her hands right into the fry station, scooping them out without bothering to make a new batch. When I confronted her about it, she dismissed my concerns, saying, “That’s as fresh as you’re going to get.” I was shocked by her behavior and will be reporting this to corporate. She was not only disrespectful but also quite unpleasant. I visited around 8:35 PM, and I definitely recommend going to another restaurant instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
