Subway - Oberlin

Update: 2.5 weeks later, still no contact from owner Placed an online pick up order, which showed it was ready for pick up. When I showed up at 5pm there was another customer outside there for his pickup as well and we were both met with a closed sign on the door. Finally got the woman inside behind the locked door to answer the phone. She claimed they were closed and that I had an email saying my order was cancelled I didn't, and never did get such an email). I requested the owner call me, which also never happened. Completely unacceptable service and follow-up. Service: Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good but service was slow. Because on of the girls stayed in kitchen and the one at the counter had 6 customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Clean inside, good service and a good sandwich. We had a large group and it was easy to get our lunch.

I'm not sure how they're always out of sodas here at this location. it's always something wrong here. whether my sandwich comes out looking like it went through a wood chipper or the unfriendly staff. Was shorted a soda. Sent my son in to pick up the order and the clerk told him only one soda was purchased when 2 are clearly on the receipt. Try to use the online order to save time and help the line but I get screwed out of a soda.
