Bojangles - Ocala

Customer service, good food good cleanliness definitely not priority. Have lots of workers none seem to care about cleaning. All tables dirty and floors and bathroom just don't go. It would be an good place if they clean it up. If u going to have 5 workersassign one to stock and clean. Sweet tea was empty. First impressions goes a long way.

This location of Bojangles was excellent in every way. The food was fresh and piping hot, our order was filled correctly and in a friendly way, in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our dinner in super clean, modern surroundings. I complimented the manager onduty for the friendliness and great attitude of her employees. Before we left, I purchased a bottle of Bojangles seasoning. Callme insane, but I use it on fries and chicken at home. Yummy stuff! I highly recommend this location, add it serves threeBojangles brand exceptionally well.

Been here a couple of times. I live just a bit South (Tampa) and there aren?t any near me, so occasionally, I come up here. Never had a bad experience and the food is solid. The bathroom stall door could use some tweaking to get it working right. Not acomplaint. Just an observation.

The biscuit was the best part; so fluffy and moist. The fries was good but the chicken was flat. We ordered an order of spicy and an order of original and the spicy had no spice at all and the original had no flavor. The ranch was so water down itdidn't even taste like ranch.

The chicken was great and so are the side However, they got the sides wrong. I ordered 1 dirty rice, 1 tots and 1 Mac cheese. I ended up with 2 dirty rice and 1 French fries.
