There are two on the boardwalk and I think the Blue Cactus where we ate was actually the one at 986 Boardwalk. But only this one is on Trip Advisor….hoping same owner…our experience was pretty good. The server was nice and the food was fresh. It was a little pricey for the small portions though. Teenagers were still hungry and even I had no problem finishing and having room for dessert.
Delicious Mexican food with 2 locations on Boardwalk. Most recently ate there in May when only location open was on 10th,I believe. Plenty of tables inside and a few highboy tables outside restaurant. The vibe is laid back, coastal. Good for large families/groups You order counter and staff delivers to your table. This was my third time Blue Cactus, I found all staff friendly and accommodating. Usually get guacamole, nachos and tacos. Stop in and give them a try!
We ate in here--it worked out great for our family of five. Plenty of space for us to sit with a high chair. The mahi mahi tacos were good, chips and guacamole were great. The taco bowl was good, but I probably would've enjoyed it just as much without adding on meat. The kids enjoyed their quesadillas, too.
Great food, good atmosphere and its a refreshing alternative to typical boardwalk spots!
