Cafe Trattoria La Borgata - Ocean City

Great Italian place. Here on holiday. Her frutti di mare had some of the most generous amounts of shells, shrimps, mussels and Calamari, which I saw in this dish in a restaurant. The Kaprese-style chicken in wine sauce was also excellent.

We accidentally discovered this place and it was not disappointed!! The food is AMAZING and homemade!!! I had the gnocchi in Bolognese sauce and it was the next recipe for my grandmother's homemade gnocchi! Very light and the sauce was tasteful and delicious! The bread blows from this world fresh and amazing! The owner was here and treated us like family. It was such an amazing restaurant and I am definitely back! If you are on the shore at any point from now until December when they close for the season you come by and eat here!!!

Large Italian cuisine at a great price. Sa 14 of us immediately and were very attentive. A must. Good luck.
