It's advertised as a seafood buffet. They have seafood options but the buffet is limited. The server was very nice but the price $44) was expensive for limited types of food. They do have other options if you don't want seafood. Overall, you can skip it and be ok!
One of the best buffets I've been to in a long time, also the most expensive $42/person. I thought it was worth it.
The prime rib was excellent. The service was fast and very friendly. The rest of the buffet was about what you would expect from a Golden Corral or other chain buffet. The specialty seafood crab legs, oysters, clams were all extra. All of the seafood available was normal, deep fried fare. For $42 per person, you might also think the drinks would be part of the buffet, but you would be wrong. My family was very disappointed by the variety of seafood offered in the buffet.
This place is DYNAMITE. Fantastic selection, high quality food, clean, and great service. We went to Union Chesapeake first and was greatly disappointed. We came to Bonfire on a suggestion from a friend and she nailed said suggestion. I will be sure to come back here every time I'm in Ocean City. There was so much variety I didn't even get to try everything. I cannot say enough about the quality and selection. The prime rib was carved and immediately dipped into the a jus without asking. This simple gesture made it even more flavorful. There was no waiting for anything to be restocked, these folks were on top of it. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Best buffet since Aria in Vegas.
