The casino floor and atmosphere is good. Staff is very helpful my only setback is their restaurants.. the food was served cold.... Took forever... And the flavors were not what was suppose to be

The deluxe rooms are huge with giant bathrooms as well! The bed was clean and semi-comfortable and I liked the view. Too bad the rooms don't have balconies on them. I also really love the fact that they still have the continental breakfast as most places don't have that anymore. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

THE QUINAULT IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN IT 'S GUEST 'S WELFARE! When we booked a room we were told there was construction on the 2nd floor. We requested a 4th floor ocean view room so we would be away from most of the noise. The first morning we woke up at 7:30 am to a worker cutting tile outside our door in the hall. At 8:30 am there was a group of 8 people attending a carpet cleaning demonstration in front of our door. The most upsetting/disgusting thing was taking a shower, grabbing a towel, drying my face and then seeing the towel was dirty with some kind of bodily discharge on it. I also found someone 's dirty socks in the closet. When I went to the Check-in Desk about the noise in the hallway, I was told a manager would call, that didn 't happen. After the towel problem, I took the towel with me and received a sorry and a 15% discount. If you go there check to make sure your room has been cleaned! MANAGMENT DOESN 'T CARE!!
