Don's Country Kitchen - Oceanside

For years I have been passing this place and since '79 I have been in oceanside and have always spoken out here and we have finally made it. the food was great and filling the cinnamon roll was super tasty! park is scarce and they can park away and hike back, but eating and cinnamon rolls are worth it! the service and the people working there were also great!

Love love this place! the server here are amazing and very fast service. I never had to wait for a table or even for water to be cut off. and as a bonus, eating is delicious! this will always be one of my favorite breakfast places. we tried the eggs benedikt and the cookies and gravy very tasty. must try.

The Oklahoma breakfast is covered with landgravure. they don't have to order extra. for all Gravy lovers out there! I'll come back many times, I'm sure. I only added chorizo because the chorizo breakfast also looked irresistible. because of the adjustment options I enjoyed all on a plate.

I love this place absolutely. I forgot to make pictures of our breakfast, that's how good it was to eat. I ordered a very simple pancake combination. my nephew got a sewn hatch and it's a must when they come to this place. I also enjoyed their house made fresh salsa. they have fish and chips, but only on Friday. parking can be difficult, but it is worth it. also the server are very nice. when it comes to pricing, I find it quite cheap for a nice diner. the raspberry limonade is also quite good.

This place is SO GOOD! I highly recommend you check it out. Order the stuffed hashbrowns or the breakfast burger and try not to smile!! Delicious delicious delicious! Parking is a bit difficult but I'm always able to find street parking. Service is awesome and the prices are reasonable.
