Km Bbq - Oceanside

We were driving a long distance in traffic and spontaneously stopped by this local place after finding it on yelp. Was truly looking forward to yummy Korean bbq, but sadly, was disappointed. First, dead giveaway was that the restaurant was empty. No other diners. Very, very limited food selection, both in proteins and side dishes so did not have much variety. And on top of it all, they watched with glaring eyes while you ate and made it extremely uncomfortable. They kept asking if we were done feeling pressured to leave. We left and will definitely not be coming back.

Doesn't look like much when you walk by but it was worth the visit. They had a buy one Sapporo get one for a dollar sale and the lunch was 21.99. The food is self serve so there was no need to wait for more buglogi.

Came in when they were just opened for the day, great quality of meats, not many choices for the price, I've been to several Korean BBQ and M BBQ seems to be on the minimum side

I too was given a 2 hour wait @Gaja. I was on a time crunch and wanted some bbq. I called MBBQ and the answered promptly. I ask for a reservation and they said no wait. I quickly made a u turn and upon arrival there was plenty parking. We were starving so I love that you just get up and get the items you want. I also love rice and hate having to ask my waitress over n over again to bring more, I just made myself a big enough plate. I also love that we're not wasting food. If you only want 2 shrimp and two strips of chicken I don't have to receive a whole order. When we were done we were offered ice cream. To our surprise ice cream is included with our diner. One last thing is that there is a stopwatch clock and if you stop the clock on exactly 10 minutes you get your meal for free. My time was 9:79 so I didn't get my meal for free but it was worth it to see our entire party try. I love this place, the price and vibe. Also it's not fancy and looks outdated but nothing like that bothers me. Don't judge a book by its cover per say.

First time here ...really friendly and helpful explaining. Very attentive. Great music for Christmas. Food was delish!
