Mike's Bagels - Oceanside

After reading some mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant to try Babes restaurant. I'm very particular about cleanliness and organization. However, I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a jalapeño and cheese bagel with cream cheese, which was quickly served and tasted amazing. The owner seemed a bit disorganized, but it didn't detract from my experience. The bagel was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly balanced. I will definitely be visiting Babes more often to support their delicious bagels.

This bagel shop is spacious and the bagels are incredibly soft and distinctive. It's definitely worth a try! Mike, the owner, is extremely friendly. While some reviewers mention that the bagels are not toasted enough, I believe this is just their style. Additionally, they offer a fantastic chai tea latte.
