Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service is always on point. The wait is usually long but it's starbucks and it's like that everywhere. Food and drink is always right. A younger blonde girl and a guy with tattoos helped me the past couple times and are so nice!
I came in September 2023. There were 8 people working. Only 4 of them making coffee or doing the drive through. The other 4 were either sweeping, appearing to count inventory or fiddling with the iPads they use, or just talking with one another. After waiting about 5-6 mins they eventually took my order. It was not busy. If I were management I would prioritize helping a customer vs inventory or sweeping. It goes a long way. Iced tea was good. Just the customer service and priorities are lacking.
This is the third time this Starbucks has gotten my order wrong. Maybe you should invest in training your baristas to read and make the drinks to what we order. The tickets(stickers) are correct but the drinks are not! If you can't make it the way I order it, then tell me that your giving me what YOU felt like making me rather then me driving off to realize it's wrong! Please invest in proper training to your employees. Not cool!!!

I can say that this Starbucks has made a comeback. One of my previous times coming to this Starbucks, they had messed up my order pretty bad (always come here, and one other location ordering the exact same drink) and it was somehow the weirdest mixture I've ever had, and didn't even taste like my drink, and my wife's drink had Apple juice that didn't taste right. I had written a large complaint about it and erased it in the end because I love these locations, and one bad interaction isn't worth a crazy reaction when the other 100s of times they did it perfectly, or basically perfect.
