Taco Bell - Ocoee

Awful experience! I ordered through the app on September 5, 2023. When I picked up my order and got home, I took a bite of a taco and had to spit it out right away! The tomatoes were old and rotten, the lettuce tasted several days old, and unfortunately, the entire family's order ended up in the trash. The food was spoiled and inedible. I reached out to both the store and corporate, but I haven't received any response since then.

I ordered food through Uber, but when it arrived, the entire order was incorrect. I went back to the restaurant to reorder our food, and when I checked it in the car, they still got it wrong. For the love of God, please hire people who can at least get orders right.

If you don't stick to the Value Menu, you might end up with a rather hefty bill.

Best one in the area. Always super clean. Kiosk for ordering is great. Service times pretty fast. Food always made right. Whatever music station is playing has repetitive fast paced music. The music is pretty annoying. Overall a great place to stop when hungry.

Can I give this zero stars? Oh wait that’s not an option. Don’t waste your time.
