The Tavern Club Sandwich did not come in the right portion size.

I arrived at the store 30 minutes before placing my order, only to be turned away because they had no hams available for sale, except for reserved or prepaid orders.

The staff here is truly amazing—friendly, polite, sweet, and incredibly helpful. I would return solely because of them; it's such a pleasure to be welcomed and have your patronage appreciated. I give ten stars to the employees who were working today at 12:45 on November 19th at the Ocoee, FL location. You all deserve it!!!

I heard you offer made-to-order sandwiches, but I had never visited before. What an amazing lunch experience! I had the honey-baked ham on a croissant or ciabatta, and it was delicious! The sides are fresh and incredibly tasty. They have a great selection of sauces available, and even sell some bottled options. The restaurant is extremely clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will definitely return and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know!
