Baltimore Coffee And Tea - Odenton

At first, I gave this restaurant a rating of 4 because they got my bean order wrong and I didn’t have any coffee, which put me in a bad mood. However, I’ve decided to upgrade my rating to a 5.

Great coffee and brunch spot. They have lots of coffee beans and tons of teas that you can order or lots of other drinks. My favorite is the spiced chai. They have food ranging from muffins to sandwiches depending on how hungry you are.

I’ve only been twice but don’t think I’ll be returning. The first time I went there were two people at the counter, although working I was not welcomed in or acknowledged. Waited 5 minutes and someone from the back had to ask if I’d been helped. The food is good and atmosphere is typical cafe which is great for sunny days. The second time I went, I think they were closing due to holiday hours but they were full inside so I proceeded to order a sandwich. The cashier said I’ll be right back and then brought her manager out to say they aren’t serving food?? Really confused on why she had to get the manager as if it was an escalated situation all I did was ask for a sandwich lol. Their customer service will be the reason I stop coming. I recommend togo orders. I’d be interested in trying another location though!

Great coffee shop lots of drip flavors that are ACTUALLY good! Specialty coffees and modest selection of muffins and baked items all at completely reasonable prices. Good vibe, plenty of tables to sit and work or read.

Their food and coffee is always great! Nice gifts and a good tea selection.
