Great service, the entrees were delicious accompanied by 3 different family style sides, and those desserts are to share.
It was not a good night for ruths. we arrived for our reservation and sat on the terrace. it was enclosed with plastic and there were heating, but it was cool because there were 30 degrees outside. we were transferred to a dining room that was so loud that our server (who wore a mask) was not to be heard. it was 30 minutes before the broth and drinks at our table. we ordered three filets medium rare and a filet and garnelen. only one steak was the right one. we sent one back and the others were eaten in medium. the service was slow and the server unstoppable. in which she forgot my dessert, so I took it to the end. it seems as if this restaurant (like the pikesville location) slipped over the last few years.
At this point was clearly overpriced. I mean $85 for a bone in filet? that was understated. the service was fantastic, this part, tbh, was the highlight...but... everywhere... it's something depressing.
We were seated outside in like a tented area, not a very pleasant area, when compared to the rest of the restaurant. Service was fine. Appetizer (Carpaccio) was very good. We ordered one 8 oz. Filet, 2 16 oz. Ribeyes. All Medium rare. All steaks were cooked perfectly. However, the ribeyes were crazy thin, about 3 4”. Also, one was only a 12 oz. (As we later saw on the check) The ribeyes were swimming in butter. These steaks were nowhere worth 65 69 each. I have no problem paying for steaks in a steak house, but those were worthy of only like an Outback or Texas Roadhouse. They did bring my twin girls (14) a very nice dessert for their birthday. Overall, not awful. The quality cut of their beef needs to be reconsidered.
