Beef O' Brady's - Odessa

When this restaurant first opened years ago, we weren't impressed. The food was mediocre and the crowded atmosphere made it feel unappealing. However, a few years ago we decided to give it another try and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant had undergone a complete transformation and now had a modern and attractive appearance. The food had vastly improved as well. Everything we tried on the menu was excellent and freshly prepared. This place became our go-to spot for dinner. The beer is always cold and refreshing. We usually have Desiree as our server and she takes great care of us.

A friend and I had lunch on Saturday at this place citrus Park). The staff was very busy with big parties etc. Our server was Kimberly. She's such a treasure. As busy as she was, she made sure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back. Thank you. Kimberly, that you go beyond and beyond, not only us, but all you are in contact with. Great job! See you soon.

I decided to dine at this restaurant today with a group of ten people. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals! Our waitress, Kimberly, provided exceptional service by herself and did a fantastic job attending to all ten of us without needing any assistance. We never had to ask for refills or anything else throughout our meal. I rarely leave a 50% tip, but I felt compelled to do so today because of the exceptional service we received from Kimberly. I highly recommend requesting Kimberly as your server!

On 02/05/2022 my wife and I ate for the first time a few years after an unholy experience from the past at your site. We were randomly in the area after shopping at ACE hardware and thought we would try to look inside after so many males. Austin immediately greeted us and sat at a table before we immediately took our drinks order. We chose the Philly Steak and the cheese and the buffalo chicken sandwich according to a proposal from Austin. Our food was served quickly and nicely plated. I observed that both sandwiches were combined mentally and were greatly improved by the greasy mess we experienced many years ago. Austin ensured that our drinks never ran dry, while the same attention for other males. Overall it was a great experience and much better than expected; we will be back.

We were there at noon on Thursday and there were at least ten other tables occupied. When we arrived we were told we could sit anywhere and after a few minutes were told by Kim, the server, she would be right with us. We quickly discovered she was the only server working the dining room and outdoor tables as well. She was doing everything in her power to take care of at least 40 people and everyone was patient and sympathetic for her. After 30-40 minutes someone showed up to help her. She thought we may have been upset but on the contrary we were utmost appreciative for her hard work and attention she was giving each table. Kim was so concerned about each patron and should be recongized by management for her dedication to your establishment. In today's environment you should be thanking God for such an amazing employee, I know we are thankful she was our server.
