Made Today Cafe Bakery - O'Fallon

I come here often and have never once been disappointed. I am a celiac (major wheat/rye/barley allergy) and have always felt safe eating here and I have never had a reaction to their gluten free offerings. I would strongly recommend coming here as the staff are super friendly and personable. There may/will be a wait for food as they cook from scratch but it is definitely worth the wait, plus gluten free food takes a while to make already. Best breakfast I've had in a very long time. Almost everything you can taste is homemade. Service is great and friendly, get there early it gets busy.

Love coming here for breakfast, my wife requests gluten free waffles and they are very good. Get the lemon syrup!
